This is a highly contemporary villa, made of rough materials and glass, with full vantage of the outdoors. The views of the grounds are diverse, and the house is completely surrounded by gardens, immense palm trees, and Mediterranean pines. This exciting combination lends to the overall ambiance. The entire site is well maintained, in a calm and safe environment.

    The ground floor has a small bathroom and dressing room for guests in the entry, a large, 200-m² living room facing south, and a dining room. The modern American-style kitchen is equipped with good appliances. There are full laundry capabilities. The house is extremely light, and has many entries to the terraces and swimming pool, including one from the double bedroom. There is another double bedroom on this floor with a garden view and a private terrace, and a third double bedroom with a private shower room.
