    This contemporary and stylish villa is airy, spacious and extremely light, with a wonderful view of the city of Sidgest and an absolutely fantastic panorama of the Mediterranean coast. Numerous picture windows provide optimal openings to the wraparound terraces of the villa. The whole is very well equipped, and the prominent position confers a very agreeable and particularly neat atmosphere to this holiday home. The house was built in late 2002, and was completely redone two year ago. Sidgest is a very festive city perfect for combining nights of merry drinking and total relaxation around the swimming pool. The garden is fenced and has many idyllic spots to rest.

    On the ground floor, there is an entry with a vestibule and small bathroom for guests, a large living room, and a dining room. This opens wholly to the swimming pool on the garden level. The partially covered terraces are all very comfortably and stylishly furnished. The house was built using excellent materials, including lots of marble. The terraces have slate and dry stone flooring, the furniture is rattan and teak. The swimming pool and garden face the Bay of Sidgest. There are five spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a balcony. The are distributed across the two principle levels and each is decorated with a personal touch. The separate kitchen has an access to the exterior and a perfectly equipped back kitchen. The entertainment center has hi-fi video equipment. The property is situated in a privileged area, very calm and with everything you need for comfort nearby.
