    Located 4 km from the town of Ibiza, on the road between Ibiza and San José, this magnificent property has a panoramic view of the Salines, the Cap des Falco, and of Formentera. The villa was built like a loft, the rooms all connected by sliding doors. The private double swimming pool cascades from one pool into the other.

    The main house has a large living/dining room area with a fireplace and a small indoor pool. Satellite TV and home cinema (wide plasma screen), and hi-fi stereo system. The American kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a direct access to the patio, which includes a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, barbecue, and a covered outdoor dining room. There is a grand master bedroom with en suite bathroom. A Moroccan-style living room can be converted into a double bedroom, with a bathroom and a loggia with a double bed. Outside, there is a spacious terrace and a lovely garden with a double waterfall pool. On the lower level, there are two double bedrooms and one single room with two bathrooms between them. Shopping is about 2 km away. There is an electric gate, alarm system, and ADSL Internet connection. The 1-km access road is unpaved. Close to the south coast beaches, such as Las Salinas, Es Cavallet, Es Codolar, Cala Yundall.
