    Situated on a promontory overlooking the bay of Cala Conta, this beautiful home enjoys proximity to all the west coast beaches, including Cala Bassa, Conta, Tarida, Moli, Carbo, Hort, and Cala Vadella. San José is 7 km and Ibiza town less than 20 km away. The villa has a magnificently modern character, and benefits from stunning views of the sea, the island of Conejera, and the countryside. The high-quality furnishings and luxurious décor are tasteful and comfortable.

    The house is built on two main levels, with a superb sun deck. The main level consists of a spacious dining room, a large kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. An outside staircase leads from this story up to the balcony. On the lower level, there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom (bathtub and hydromassage shower) and an access to the terrace. There is also a large living room with a plasma screen TV with international satellite reception. The fourth bedroom is fully outdoors and does not have a bathroom. The stylish resort is fully air conditioned and most rooms have a wonderful view of the sea.
