    Located on the west coast of the island, in the suburbs of Calo Real, between the beaches of Cala Moli and Cala Vadella. One can easily reach all the west coast beaches within 10 km, including Cala Hort, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Moli, Tarida, and Conta. The supermarket is less than a kilometer away but also delivers to your doorstep at no extra charge. It is a 20-minute drive to the town of Ibiza and 7 minutes from the small village of San José.

    This very nice villa was recently constructed. Its contemporary architecture is spacious and has a stunning view of the sea, and legendary sunsets on the islands of Bledas and Esparta. The living areas of this house are distributed across two levels. The main level comprises a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi stereo, and a direct access to the terraces and swimming pool. The beautiful American kitchen is very well equipped. From the dining room, one can directly access the barbecue terrace. A laundry room with washer and dryer can also be found on this floor. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with full bathroom, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. A dorm-style room with three bunk beds (six beds in all) has a large en suite bathroom with shower. The swimming pool measures 14×4 meters and there is air-conditioning throughout the house. A lovely holiday accommodation.
