    This beautiful property is located on the west coast on 4 hectares of land 100 meters above sea level, with a panoramic view of the sea and mountains. A short drive will take you to the best west coast beaches, including Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, Cala Conta, Cala Hort, etc. It is a 10-minute drive to the small village of San Jose and 30 minutes to the town of Ibiza. This very large holiday rental can accommodate up to 12 people, while still maintaining the privacy of each guest. The home consists of three fully detached houses distributed throughout a beautiful garden with a continuous view of the countryside and the sea. The décor is chic and natural, the overall level of comfort is very high.

    The ensemble consists of a main house plus two separate villas, for a total of over 550 m² of living area. In the main house, the entry hall leads to a spacious (140 m²) living/dining room area with a fireplace. The room opens onto a patio with an outdoor dining area and a 50-m² terrace with a view of the sea and an access to the garden and swimming pool. The sophisticated kitchen has an induction stove, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc. There is also a laundry room and guest WC on this floor, as well as a master bedroom with dressing room and marble bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, and multi-jet shower. This bedroom has a private terrace. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a balcony, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and multi-jet shower. The two detached villas each have a similar level of comfort and include a living room, two double bedrooms with bathrooms, a terrace with view of the sea, and multi-jet showers. The swimming pool is very large (15×5 m), and the grounds are perfectly maintained.
