The rustic villa is located on the old road of Ouarzazate, five minutes from the Royal Golf or the Amelkis Golf course, and near the palm grove. The property is only 9 km from the city center, or about 15 minutes away. This location is exceptional: calmness, space, greenery. This makes it easy to take advantage of not only the magnificent estate, but also of the lures of Marrakech and of Medina. A special amenity for your comfort: the villa features a vehicle for your travel and exploration needs.

    The 270 m² villa has two floors with four double bedrooms, two of which open to a large terrace. Two bedrooms have double beds; the other two each have two single beds. The villa is entirely air-conditioned and includes two Moroccan living rooms, a large room with a fireplace and library, a covered terrace, and a solar-heated swimming pool. There are three balconies with a view of the immense olive plantation and the estate surrounding the villa. Capable and discreet employees are at your disposal during your stay: a young housekeeper, a pool maintenance man, a housekeeper and cook, and a caretaker. The property includes access to Turkish baths, a fitness center, two clay tennis courts, golf practice area, and an 800-meter swimming pool.
