    This beautiful, 400 m² chalet has three stories and is located in the Three Valleys ski area near the village of Meribel, at the foot of the slopes. The chalet is situated in a small, exclusive residential area between the slopes and the forest, facing due south towards the valley. The surroundings are calm and the chalet is comfortable.

    The layout is very convenient. The main level consists of a 150-m² living room with a fireplace and TV lounge, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped American kitchen. The spacious living room opens to a balcony with a gorgeous view of the valley. There is a large bedroom with a fireplace and en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath system upstairs. This bedroom has a private, south-facing balcony. The level below is composed of three large bedrooms, each accessing a balcony, three bathrooms, and a private spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. There are two double bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, both of which lead to the garden. All bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped.
