    This contemporary villa is located near the beaches, 3 km from the city of Biarritz. The house, built in 2008, takes advantage of a very agreeable property located within a quiet wooded area, yet still near the region’s main centers of activity. The interior decoration is a mixture of modernist and antique elements, exuding a sleek and calmly original spirit. The property is lined with ancient oaks, chestnuts, and magnificent pine trees paired with calming copses of bamboo. The house has 300 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The surrounding grounds cover 6,250 square meters, half of which is wooded.

    The top floor is made up of three bedrooms, including the grand suite with a very large dressing room and bathroom replete with bathtub and Italian-style shower. This bedroom has an open fireplace with integrated seating. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom, also with an Italian-style shower. The rooms are enhanced by their direct access to a roomy terrace and balcony. Separate WCs can be reached from the hallway. There is a TV room on the ground floor that can also be readjusted for use as an additional bedroom. It is equipped with a video beamer, panoramic screen, and Bose audio system. The open kitchen is fully stocked with new, top-quality household appliances and also has a central area wide enough for four people to have a cozy meal. A table for 8 in the dining room can be used to host larger groups. A glass door with a brick partition wall leads straight from the kitchen to a delightful terrace with a charming pergola and Japanese stepping stones leading to a boules playing area. A little passage leads to the library, a roomy WC, and to the laundry room, which has a glass outside door. More elegant Japanese stepping stones take you from the terrace to the swimming pool. The pool house has a guest bedroom with bathroom and WC, a kitchen and bar, a storage room, and a separate WC for swimmers. The bedroom has a double picture window with a great view of the swimming pool and the landscaped woods.
