    This chalet enjoys an ideal location with a view of the alpine peaks. It is situated higher than the end of most of the ski runs in the area, in the heart of Avoriaz, in the Dromont district. You can ski directly from your door. The ski resort area is called Portes du Soleil, the largest skiing region in Europe, with over 650 runs. The town is elevated 1,800 meters above sea level. Extraordinary good skiing conditions are guaranteed year-round.

    Several outside steps lead up to the entry and into the first floor, where there are two double-occupancy rooms and one room with bunk-beds. These rooms share a common bathroom. On the upper level of the chalet is a two-person room with a shower, along with a beautifully proportioned salon with a monumental cast-iron fireplace at the center, a dining room that opens onto a balcony, and a traditional elongated kitchen. On the third floor is a double room with a bathroom. The laundry and a ski equipment room are located in the basement.
