    Situated atop a hill, a two-minute walk from shopping, and right at the foot of the ski slopes, this 250-m², two-story chalet (with basement) in a Savoyarde style is ideal for ski vacations for large groups. The ski resort is Porte du Soleil, the largest skiing area in Europe, with over 650 kilometers of ski runs. The town is elevated 1,800 meters above sea level.
    Extraordinarily good snow conditions guaranteed all year round. Exclusive pedestrian street. Covered parking 150 m away.

    This chalet makes the most of its ideal location at the gateway to the town, near the chairlifts and the largest part of the slopes facing Switzerland and Domaine d Avoriaz. Simply and comfortably decorated, it can accommodate 12 to 14 people. On the ground floor is an open living area with a traditional kitchen open to the dining area, and a central fireplace. On this level are two bedrooms sharing a common bathroom (tub and shower). On the second floor are two single rooms and a pair of two-person rooms, as well as two bathrooms. In the lower level basement of the chalet are the ski equipment room, firewood storage, a laundry area, and a sauna with a shower. The chalet has views of the slopes of Morzine-Avoriaz as well as the town.
