    This family property is located in the midst of the Basque countryside between Biarritz and Bayonne. On the edge of the Adour, the property spreads across more than 8 hectares (about 20 acres) and includes a large, luxurious house and an outbuilding transformed into studios and game and recreation rooms.

    This large and luxurious house is ideal for a family staying in the region. Each of the three living rooms has a pleasant and unique ambiance. Both the dining room and the spacious and well-equipped kitchen open towards the garden, with a view of the Pyrenees mountain range. The property can accommodate 12 to 14 persons. Three double bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed; an additional two bedrooms each have a single bed. One of the upstairs living rooms is entirely separate and includes a two-person day bed which can be used as a 7th bedroom. The ground floor living room is also equipped with a day bed, which can accommodate one person. There is a billiard table and a piano in the salon. The house has three bathrooms and four additional separate WCs. The pristine swimming pool measuring 15m by 7m is fenced in and accompanied by a fully equipped pool house. The pleasant outdoor living areas such as the patio and covered summer dining ”room” are fully equipped with garden furniture, making it perfect for outdoor relaxation. Parking spaces are provided near the outbuilding, which is comprised of a living room, small kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two bunk beds (for a total of four beds), and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC. The building also has a large room (70 m²) that has been transformed into a games room with French and American billiard tables, table football, and table tennis.
