    This superb, 250-m² chalet lies at the heart of Avoriaz, in the Falaise district. The ski resort area is called Portes du Soleil, the largest skiing region in Europe, with over 650 kilometers of ski runs. The town lies 1,800 meters above sea level. Extraordinarily good skiing conditions are guaranteed year-round. You can ski directly from your door; the ski lifts are only 100 meters from the chalet.

    This deluxe three-story chalet has a ski room with boot heater, laundry, and a sauna equipped with a shower. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to a large hall, a comfortable living space arranged around a central fireplace, and a separate dining room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a room with a home cinema, and a two-person bedroom with shower on the same level. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with balcony, and a large shared bath with shower and tub. All rooms are outfitted with a flat-screen TV, carpets, wood paneling, and furs. The chalet has high-end interior fittings, and the layout is pleasing and functional, with two separate entrances (through the ski room and the main entrance). You can leave the house with your skis already on.
