    This superbly comfortable, modern chalet is a high-quality vacation accommodation. It is located in Saint Jean d’Aulps – Espace Roc d’Enfer, the heart of the excellent ski resort of Portes du Soleil. Built in 2002, the chalet is equipped with sauna and Turkish bath, and an outdoor spa (heated to 40 degrees in winter). The location in one of the prettiest areas in the Hautes-Savoie region, near Lake Geneva, offers many activities: in winter, skiing in the Portes du Soleil region, and in summer, day trips and hikes, swimming, fishing, paragliding, mountain biking, golf…

    Thanks to the combination of an extra studio, a separate apartment suite, and the main living spaces in the heart of the chalet, this property can accommodate up to 22 people – for family get-togethers, vacations with friends, or even business meetings.

    • On the first floor of the main part of the chalet is a large open room with a seating area arranged around a beautiful fireplace, with the kitchen, large dining table, and TV area. The entire living area is spacious and beautiful, with a bar separating it from the kitchen. The decorative ceiling is partly open to the roof. There is also a bathroom on this level. Upstairs is a sleeper sofa and a wooden bunk-bed for two, as well as a bedroom for two, a five-person bedroom with three single beds and a double bunk-bed, and a sleeping chamber for six with a fold-out sofa, and two double occupancy rooms with their own baths. There is also an additional separate bathroom on this level.
    • The apartment can accommodate four to six people on two levels, with a bathroom on the garden level. On the ground level, a separate entrance from the patio leads to a living room with a TV, a dining room, and a well-appointed open kitchen. There are two single beds in the living room, one of which is a trundle. In the loft above the living room is a sleeping area for two. In addition, the apartment also has another double bedroom and bathroom.
    • The studio has space to accommodate four more guests. Its entrance leads to a small living room with a fold-down bed, an open kitchenette, and a sleeping corner with two bunk beds, separable from the living space by a sliding panel.
