    This 400-m² chalet located in the outskirts of the small village of Alpin des Houches in the valley of Chamonix has an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Situated at the forest’s edge, the surroundings are calm and restful. The beautiful, traditional chalet has a southern exposure, facing the valley and ensuring very cordial living areas. The ski areas are the Houches and the Chamonix Valley. Please consult us for more information about the surrounding ski areas.

    The chalet is built of excellent materials and has more than 400 m² of living space. The rooms are distributed across three floors and the décor and equipment are tasteful and high-quality. The ground floor houses a car park and home entertainment room. The first floor opens onto a large, south-facing balcony with an impressive view of the Chamonix valley and the Mont Blanc. This spacious and warm living area is made up of a living room with a lovely fireplace, a nice dining area, and a fully equipped traditional kitchen. There are four nice suites with private bathrooms upstairs, each with a superb view of the region, flat screen TV, and DVD player.
