    This beautiful period house, 300 m², is located in the heart of the Alpilles Massif countryside, near the village of Grans de Provence. The estate dates from the late 19th century and has been completely refurbished, still retaining its delightful original character. It is cared for and available all year round, its landscaped gardens transitioning into the surrounding natural park area for a very peaceful atmosphere. The house is well-equipped with all the modern amenities, ensuring a very hospitable stay. A quaint pool house stands aside the enclosed swimming pool.

    On the ground floor, toilets and a cloakroom are situated around an entry hall leading to the lounge with entertainment center, a separate dining room with a fireplace, and a kitchen which opens to the outside. There is also a double bedroom with a bathroom and toilet on this level, which opens to the garden and the swimming pool and is very conveniently situated for a person in a wheelchair. A large double bedroom with a south-facing balcony with an en suite bathroom and toilet is on the first floor, as is a small children’s bedroom. The second floor holds a small TV lounge and 2 double bedrooms facing east and west, each with a 160 cm wide bed. There is only one bathroom with toilet on this level. Each floor can be nicely isolated and kept separate for better privacy.
