It’s a perfect vacation spot with a country house feeling, located directly on the Côte d’Azur.

Large windows fill the rooms with ample daylight. The rooms open onto a vine-covered pergola and garden. In the left wing of the house is a bedroom suite with private bath and dressing room. The other wing contains two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, with a separate entrance from the terrace and garden. The fourth bedroom and a shower bath are located on the second floor. The villa is very sunny, and is decorated in pleasing colors. The terraces surrounding the villa are arranged to follow the arc of the sun throughout the day; take breakfast on the tranquil south-facing terrace or enjoy a leisurely lunch in the outdoor dining area in the cool, shaded courtyard. The patio around the 15 × 6 meter swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and parasols. There are numerous forest strolls nearby the property, for picturesque summer promenades. For golf fans, there are six courses located less than 15 minutes away. This is a wonderful vacation villa, close to Cannes and all it has to offer.
