    This is a superb contemporary chalet with large windows that offer a breathtaking panorama over the valley and La Tania station. Constructed by a regional architect, the chalet features open modern architecture and high quality materials. Its ideal location offers direct access to the slopes 50 meters away, beyond the small forest that borders the residential area of the ski station. Each floor features a lovely terrace, facing south. The shops and restaurants at the center of the station are about a 10 minutes walk away.

    This elegant cottage is well-designed and very upscale. It offers five double bedrooms with bathrooms spread over two floors. Two rooms have bunk beds, for a total capacity of 12 guests.  The main entrance is on the ground floor, next to the private garage. On there ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a ski room, a full laundry room and a bedroom with bathroom. This room can accommodate four guests, ideally children. On the second floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room. There is also a lovely bedroom with bathroom and a lounge with a grand fireplace. The lounge opens onto a terrace overlooking the slopes and a magnificent panorama. The furnishings are modern and in perfect condition. A TV room completes this floor. The third floor consists of three double bedrooms with two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds. The cottage is situated on the slopes, in one of the best locations in the resort.
