    This recently renovated 180-m² house is located in the heart of the village of Mouriès in the Alpilles mountain range, in particularly pleasant and authentic environs. The house, set in the middle of a 2000-m² Mediterranean garden, can be found at the end of a small, lush dead end. The house is bathed in sun and has no direct neighbors, opening to the countryside and gardens. It is perfectly calm. The swimming pool and sun deck access can be closed off. The landscaped garden has a very nice shady lawn, swing, hammock, and large summer dining area with cupboards and a gas barbecue. Shopping can be done in the village and lively cafés are only a few minutes walk away.

    To the right of the entry hall is a living room (40 m²) with a fireplace facing the west and part of the terrace. A large dining table allows one to have meals inside if wanted. A fully equipped kitchen with expansive French windows branches off from the left of the hall. There are also two double bedrooms (15 m² each) with 160 cm beds on this floor, in addition to a bathroom and separate WC. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Going down a few stairs, one finds a large bedroom decorated for children, with a TV, VCR, a set of bunk beds, and a single bed. This room has a direct access to the yard. The upper floor holds a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with WC. The view of the peaceful landscape is very pleasant and the interior decoration of this charming house is simple but cosy.
