    This lovely architectural villa is located in Finistère. With deserted sandy beaches within 100 meters and the water of the indoor pool heated to 30 degrees Celcius all year round, the quality of life here is truly excellent. The maritime décor is simple and comfortable; the equipment and amenities are high-quality.

    Flooded with light, the villa has an endless view of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The main rooms of the ground floor have floor-to-ceiling glass windows along the whole length of the lounge, fully equipped open kitchen, and dining room. A salon on the mezzanine offers an exceptional view of the Île de Sieck and the Plage du Dossen. There is a breakfast balcony on the east side and another balcony that faces west to admire the superb sunsets. All three bedrooms in this villa have a view of the ocean. One double bedroom has a private bathroom and one of the two other bedrooms has an access to the spa bathroom, with a wellness spa tub and a view of the private indoor pool, heated to 29-30˚ Celsius (or a different temperature, as desired).
