    This elegant contemporary villa with an infinity swimming pool faces the sea and has a direct access to the well-known Calanque de Cassis, a deep and narrow coastal stream. It is situated prominently on the face of a wild, rocky hill with no disturbances.

    The common rooms face due south, towards the sea, and are flooded with natural light. This area comprises a U-shaped living room, a study, a dining room, and a separate kitchen that is very well equipped and opens towards the garden. The refined décor includes many well-chosen designer pieces. The villa has a total of three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a view of the sea. Roman steps lead to an infinity swimming pool that plunges into the sea, creating a very nice area for moments of special relaxation. The large, 400 m² terrace has a breathtaking view of the Cape of Canaille and the horizon. Steps lead from here directly down to the sea. The rental includes 2 × 2 hours of cleaning service and can also be rented for the weekend (3 nights for 3,600 €). Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at this location.
