There is a living room with dining area on the ground floor, both opening to a terrace overlooking the sea. This room, and the rest of the villa, is air-conditioned. This level is also where the fully equipped American kitchen can be found, as well as the master bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi tub, shower, and TV), and two bedrooms with showers. The fourth double bedroom is level of the swimming pool and has a private shower and TV. Also near the terrace is a home gym with professional equipment (fitness & weight training) and a game room with billiards and table football. A 150-m² teak platform with a summer kitchen and bar has been set up around the heated pool, perfect for eating poolside. All furnishings are new and of good quality. The garden is fully enclosed and has a delightful pétanque court.
