    Located just above a small sandy beach, with a sweeping view of the sea, this single-story contemporary villa is a great place to stay. Most of the rooms have a magical view of the Sanguinaire Islands and the sea and beach come right up to the end of the garden, below a rocky outcropping only a hundred meters away. The recently built house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The property is located in the midst of a little pine forest, below the road where there is no noise or overcrowding.

    The contemporary lines of the decor are aesthetically pleasing. The colors are refined, the high-quality furniture light and comfortable. The villa’s layout is very practical, opening generously to the exterior. The entry leads into a large, south-facing living room with expansive bay windows leading out to the terrace, an absolute necessity in hotter climates. The sea is a mere fifty meters away, as the crow flies, giving the house an important connection to nature. The bedrooms all have a personal touch and open onto either the terrace or the garden. They are well equipped and have private bathrooms. An amply equipped American kitchen also opens onto the terrace and a summer dining area.
