    In a chic residential area opposite the Golf of Ajaccio, the rooms of this 300 m² residence splay across two levels. The entry opens onto a tastefully furnished, spacious living room (120 m²) with glass doors to a large panoramic terrace. A hammock will entice you into idleness with its superbly sweeping view of the sea. The living room is connected to a well-sized dining room and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a dressing room, and a private terrace on this floor. Upstairs, the evening area comprises three double bedrooms, two with an attached bath, a dressing room, television, and a private balcony overlooking the water. All rooms face due south, taking advantage of the unimpeded and dazzling view of the sea. A private path lead directly from the villa to the Marinella beach. A gorgeous infinity swimming pool seems to cascade into the Golf of Ajaccio. A cleaning service is included three times a week, and a caretaker keeps up the swimming pool and garden. Many other services can also be requested, such as childcare, a cook, massage, etc.
