A small bathroom and dressing room branch of from the foyer, as does a 100-m² living room with a billiard table and piano. The living room and dining room both face the south terrace. The separate kitchen is ultra-modern, with a barbecue patio and steam-cooking facilities. A small, detached house for a caretaker and the video surveillance system stands by the front gate. A 70-m² suite with a private bath and ocean view terrace is located on the ground floor, as is a corridor leading to three very well-equipped and decorated double bedrooms, all facing south towards the gardens. A fourth bedroom upstairs has a private balcony and attached bath. The 70-m² master bedroom with full bath and dressing room is on the lower level, with an easy access to the swimming pool. The 7th bedroom is new and can be found near the jacuzzi, its bay windows opening towards the swimming pool and deck, where the Turkish bath (hammam), sauna, and jacuzzi with plasma screen are located. The 62-m² swimming pool is heated and uses a salt water system. The summertime dining area is covered and has a big permanent barbecue grill. The laundry room has professional equipment, as does the small multimedia room with a computer and internet access.
