    This very agreeable holiday villa has a scenic and practical location. The house sits in the heights of the village of Gemenos, on the edge of an exceptionally beautiful national park forest. The beaches of the Mediterranean are about 15 km away as the crow flies. The village is quaint, busy in the summer, and exudes the quintessence of the French Mediterranean atmosphere. The house opens to a large terrace with swimming pool. The view from most rooms is superb.

    A living room on the ground floor opens to the garden. This floor is air-conditioned and also includes a dining room, separate kitchen, an extra bedroom with sofa bed, and a bathroom. Two double bedroom and a bathroom are located upstairs. The swimming pool in front of the villa is neatly placed in the 2,200-m² of well-kept gardens with a view of the village of Gemenos.
