The additional four bedrooms are on the second story, in a simple and practical layout. Each of the double bedrooms is about 20 m² in size and fully climatized; three have their own full bathrooms. The two master bedrooms adjoin a solarium balcony space of 30 m². Most of the bathrooms are freshly renovated. On the upper floor is a second, separate entrance and a guest bathroom.
