    Very contemporary, this property was designed by a well-known architect, who won the Grand Prix National de l’Architecture in 2006. The built-in interior furniture was created by two young, prizewinning architects of the NAJA 2008 (Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architects). Inspired by the latest architectural and aesthetic developments, the concept of the villa integrates modern technology directly into the design. The living spaces are highly enjoyable thanks to the natural light and the direct view of the outdoors. This pleasant, ecologically built structure sits very naturally at the top of the small estate. The expansive view is formidable and, from the upper part of the garden, one can see out across the whole region, with the Bay of Bandol and Sanary in the distance towards the southwest. The surroundings are calmer in the lower part of the garden, with the view plunging down to the trees and vineyards of the small agricultural valley below. The night life and beaches are nearby.

    Very stylish, the select furniture is all signed. The bay windows are coated to reduce harmful sunrays by 70%. The extravagant aquarium swimming pool is made of shatterproof glass, light streaming in through the water. While swimming, you can see directly into both the house and the garden. The living spaces are all immense, yet the clever layout maintains the intimacy of the various areas. The unique villa consists of three stories within three stacked cubes topped by the lateral line of a small botanical garden. A stained glass window leads along a flight of stairs to each floor of the house. The main floor has an open floor plan consisting of a high-tech kitchen, a living room with bay windows leading to the terrace and the swimming pool, and a double bedroom with a bathtub and shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The second floor holds a kitchenette and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a direct access to the garden. The four terraces are lighted in the evening and comfortably equipped with garden furniture. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and equipped with high quality video and stereo systems.
