    This 1930s residence was entirely restored in 2009. Located in Bandol, on a private cornice which looks out over the bay, the surroundings are beautiful and make a great change of scene. The estate spreads across 9,000 m² of pine forests and deep creek ravines flowing down to the sea. There is a private access to the rocks to bath and all rooms have an exceptional view of the sea.

    The driveway to the property leads to a large, uncovered parking area. Guests enter into a nice vestibule with separate toilets and a guest dressing room. Also on the ground floor of the residence is a spacious living room lounge that opens onto the terrace and swimming pool, an American kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook refined dinners, and a living room with large, domed picture windows that allow the view and the light to flood in. The first floor space is divided into three double bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets en suite and separate office and library room. The top floor is about 100 m² and houses a large, south-facing suite with a stunning view of the Bay of Bandol. The suite bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a garden level, just below the main terrace, that contains two more double bedrooms with bathrooms and a small secondary kitchen facing the gardens. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and can be used as single or double bedrooms. The main terrace is replete with a heated, 15 × 7 meter swimming pool and stylish garden furniture including deck chairs, an outdoor dining set, and a mobile wooden bar. The grounds of the residence encompass a pine forest and deep, narrow creeks. The property is landscaped near the house, but the outskirts remain their wild and natural beauty. The property is fully enclosed and has a private access to a rocky bathing area. Receptions such as a wedding ceremony, anniversary, or a seminars can be organized at this location.
