The house is seated at the foot of a small agricultural hill, facing the sea and the Porquerolles islands. The refurbished architecture offer a full view of the Mediterranean from almost all the rooms. Bougainvilleas and antique roses flower in the enclosed garden with a covered patio opening onto a nice, shady lawn. A small wicket gate opens to the sands of the beach and the private pontoon that comes with the villa. A “Boston Whaler” boat stands ready for your disposal (not included in the rental fee). The access to the boat parking located in the villa is automated.

    The front gate leads into the garden and the patio. The property is made up of two large main buildings. A large luxurious villa with living rooms for entertaining and a dining room with an open access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the sea faces south. This building also contains a fully equipped American kitchen and a small bathroom and guest dressing room. Four double bedrooms, two bedrooms for children (all with a vew of the sea), and four bathrooms are distributed throughout the upper two stories. In the garden, an artist’s studio has been transformed into a big, beautiful bedroom. The garden is a wonderful place to relax, with resting areas and a shady dining area for twelve nested between the high stone walls of the villa and a sea of flowers looking out across the water.
