    Built by an architect who won the Esquerre d’Argent Prize, this villa is located on the cape and has a stunning 220˚ view of the sea. The rooms are amply sized and decorated with design furniture and woodwork crafted by a yachting specialist with a thorough sense of detail. The villa consists of six bedrooms, four of which have private bathrooms and two with Balneo therapy baths. A passage lines the ground floor, opening the view from four of the bedrooms. Most of the suites have a northern exposure, ensuring their refreshing coolness. The layout of the rooms on the upper story follows the course of the sun throughout the day. Two of the suites to the east, including the main suite with a Balneo bath, welcome in the morning sun. The dining room and living room both take advantage of midday light. Finally, the loggia and the library provide a fine vantage for viewing the sunset. A deck on the roof has an amazing view of the sea and boats passing the cape. The 15-meter-long infinity swimming pool is perched 7 meters up in the air, making the sea the only visible point on the horizon while swimming.
