    This very nice countryside property is located in the heights of Mougins, with a grand view of the green hills of the region. The very appealing two-story house is centered in a beautiful, gated garden. The grounds are mostly shady and include a very large swimming pool on the terrace and a complete pool house with a bar, kitchen, and shower. The lower part of the garden has several secluded places to relax in the shade of the trees as well as a bowling alley and grassy lawns. The surroundings are calm and quiet, and there are no neighbors vis-à-vis. The beaches of Cannes are a five-minute drive away.

    This house is a pleasing mix of several different lifestyles. The décor is varied yet highly refined throughout. A spacious living room with stained glass windows and a dining room area are located on the main part of the ground floor. The entirety is light and airy, opening wide to the terraces, garden, and swimming pool below. There are five double bedrooms and five bathrooms in total. Some rooms have their own entrance, a terrace, or a balcony. One bedroom is located in the garden, in a detached bungalow. The kitchen is very well equipped and opens onto a covered terrace with dining area. Overall, the villa is well automated and includes hi-fi video equipment with a quality connection. This is a very convivial vacation home near the coast. The grounds are particularly well maintained and emanate an enjoyable sense of tranquility. Also available in the off-season upon request.
