The entrance to the property leads first to a carport and the watchman’s house. The charming, flowered lane then leads to the main house. The front entrance opens into a vestibule and then a large duplex living room on the right. There is an elevator between the first floor’s panorama lounge area and the lower level, which holds most of the bedroom suites, the Turkish baths, and the sauna. The upstairs living room has a floating fireplace in the middle of the room and arcade windows looking across the transparent depths of the clear, blue Mediterranean Sea. In the Turkish bath, two arcaded picture windows have a very unique view – directly into the swimming pool. The sauna is adjacent to the Turkish bath, next to the very large swimming pool with a delightful sun deck. Quaint paths traverse the gardens and grounds, leading to several different resting areas, near the water or under the trees in the midst of greenery, or to the upper part of the estate to the volleyball court. The grounds cover two fully private, enclosed hectares. All seven spacious suites with bathrooms are equipped as in a four-star hotel, with safe and mini-bar. The simplest way to gain a sense of the charm and comfort of this villa, and see its incredible location, is to view the pictures in the slide show.
