    The stylish charm of this Belle Epoque villa’s façade is continued throughout its interior. The imposing residence, built in 1880, has been fully modernized and is now a luxurious holiday home on the French Riviera. The interior spaces are very well thought out and have a very good décor and equipment. The beach is only a five-minute walk away and the view is a lovely, sweeping panorama of the Cap-Ferrat and the bay of Villefranche Sur Mer.

    The villa has three main floors. The living areas are spacious and open wide onto the terraces and balconies. The fully equipped kitchen includes a back kitchen and a storeroom. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and most of them access one of the terraces or balconies overlooking either the sea or the garden. All rooms have bathrooms en suite. The house is highly automated, including the TV lounge and separate dining room on the main floor. The interior is in perfect condition and very well decorated, making this a very classy and luxurious holiday getaway. The swimming pool has a southern exposure and all terraces are furnished. The property is maintained the whole year round.
