    This beautiful residence, located at the top of a rolling green hill in the region of Gers, has been redone with taste and simplicity. Built using traditional stone construction techniques, this pretty home is very restful and has an open view on the whole of the whole region – stretching even as far as the Pyrenees in clear weather. The park is nicely shaded, with vast lawns and magnificent ancient trees. The estate’s surroundings are rural and natural, only a few minutes away from the small, busy villages of the region.

    The entire house has been renovated with care. It is well-kept all year round and has a simple and practical interior design with very satisfactory equipment and amenities. The ground floor consists of an entry, a living room, and a separate dining room. Visible stones and beams structure the interior of the manor. A fully separated kitchen opens to the gardens in the south and in the west to a beautiful transformed barn with a relaxation space and a dining area with grill. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. Each room has a nice, open view. This simple house in the countryside is perfect for enjoying a calm and relaxing holiday.
