    This very beautiful, 420 m² country manor is located in the small, picturesque village of Gard in the heart of the hilly Tavel region, which is famous for its rosé wine. This beautiful house is a very nice place to stay, absolutely quiet and with stores only a five-minute walk away. The estate is very large and the swimming pool is big and fully enclosed. The 8,000 m² of property is nicely shaded by the wonderfully preserved nature area of the surroundings. Calmness and security are guaranteed.

    The entryway leads to a double living room and separate dining room. The country kitchen is fully equipped and opens to an outdoor dining area. Upstairs, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms can be found. The overall decoration and equipment is simple yet high quality, the décor is neat and charming. An old barn opposite the main building has been converted into a very nice living area. A 150 m² room with thick walls and naturally cool air is the perfect place to receive guests. This is an excellent place to spend your holidays.
