The proprietress is a passionate collector of furniture and has recently agreed to open a few of her houses as holiday rentals. This one is highly unique and very exceptional. In perfect state, this large, 790 m² manor includes all the elements of an exclusive holiday resort. The living area are very comfortable, and the rectangular grounds at the center of a superb, historically protected environment have multiple spaces in which to find rest and relaxation. Several ancient ruins complete the enchanting mystique of the garden. The property is located above a small village in the Provençe, in the region of Tavel, and the shops are accessible by foot.

    The foyer opens onto a broad, stone stairway and a 100 m² living room with fireplace. This living room is exposed to the south and its entire length opens onto a beautiful terrace with a panorama of the village and the region of Tavel. There is also a large suite with a small living room, and a double bedroom with bathroom on this floor. The pretty dining room accesses the hill-side terrace to the north, onto which the big, fully equipped country kitchen opens. There are four double bedrooms upstairs, each one spacious and beautifully decorated with individual style. Near the swimming pool area, two small stone cottages each house a nice, contemporary double bedroom with a bath. The swimming pool and sun deck are located in the lower part of the garden, accessible from the relaxing living room and large kitchen.
