    This former mill is surprising and impressive. Its small tower and vivid colors are particularly attractive. Situated in the heart of a botanically diverse valley and encased by countryside, this house is located about 20 km from Béziers. The beautiful property is surrounded by many hectares of wilderness, and the carefully tended gardens by the house boast a lovely swimming pool for hot afternoons. The house benefits from its isolated location, peace and quiet are guaranteed. It is two kilometers to a small village.

    The ground floor houses the living room, which opens onto a terrace near the tower. On the north side, a dining room rotunda with expansive windows looks out over the back of the garden. The lower part of the tower is accessible from the main section of the house and holds a very nice round room, used as a reading room, with nice woodwork and a big window. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, as is the laundry room. There is a large bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and dressing area on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are located on the first and second levels of the tower. They are relatively spacious and offer a superb 360° view of the property and surrounding countryside. The upper bedroom has a small balcony that encircles the tower. A large outdoor dining area located on the terrace us furnished with umbrellas for shade and a big, hospitable table for enjoying evening dinners in the summer.
