    This beautiful contemporary villa is located in the heights of Marseille, just twenty minutes from the city center and ten minutes from the hills of Marcel Pagnol. The architecture is clean and refined, with large sliding glass doors and elegant and refined furnishings. The garden is planted with olive trees, and there is a beautiful, rectangular swimming pool. This is a very pleasant villa.

    The entrance hall leads into a large living room with glass doors opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool. There is also a small TV lounge with a fireplace here. To the left of this are two double bedrooms, which share a shower room and WC. Another bedroom, with a 120 cm bed, leads to the terrace and pool and has with bathroom and toilet. There is also a large bathroom with a bath and shower, and a guest WC. A small music room with a piano can be found on the mezzanine. Outside, there is a large terrace, swimming pool (12×4m), and a 3,000 m² yard with a vegetable garden.
