The construction of the main house is traditional and authentic. The entryway opens onto a living room with bar, flanked with stones and wooden beams. Despite the stone walls, the owner was able to install beautiful windows to allow sunlight to pass through directly. On this level there is a separate dining room, opening onto the patio by the swimming pool. Continuing from here is the pretty, entirely redone, modern kitchen, which also accesses the patio. The master bedroom is on the same floor, with a wide-screen TV, bathroom and access to the patio, terraces, and the main-house swimming pool. There are four nice bedrooms upstairs, each decidedly unique, and two bathrooms. The décor is contemporary and uses excellent materials, enormous, porous stone, and various furniture of classical style. The guesthouse construction is more modern. The three bedrooms are found on the ground floor and each has a nice bathroom with bath or shower, and entries to the terrace. At the level of the southern terrace, a small ladder leads directly into the pool house and the lower part of the garden. Upstairs, the owner was able to open the walls to the panoramic view, offering a maximum amount of light. Large bay windows structure the room, where you’ll enjoy playing billiards or foosball, or watching the big screen TV. Or you can make yourself a drink at the one-of-a-kind bar. The layout of the villa is very practical, perfect for spending a nice holiday in the Provence. The grounds are totally enclosed, largely planted with trees but still with pretty lawns. The entrance has an automatic opening; automatic lighting and sprinkler systems are installed throughout the property.
