    This beautiful modernist villa faces the sea. Designed by an architect in the 1970’s, it has been entirely renovated and brought up-to-date by the owner, who is passionately fond of property. The luxury residence has all the elements necessary for an enjoyable stay on the coast: impressive sea view, beach within walking distance, large Mediterranean gardens, spacious swimming pool (15×6 meters). There are three main buildings – the large and luxurious villa itself, the pool house, and a small guesthouse. The entire property is hidden within the heart of the superbly landscaped gardens which largely surround the villa.

    The entry, at the rear of the house, opens directly onto a pretty living room with a dining room space and a lounge, all nicely screened yet connected. This ensemble opens to a terrace with a view of the newly landscaped southern gardens and the sea. The fully equipped separate kitchen is semiprofessional and opens to the back of the villa, where there is a permanent barbecue space and a swimming pool. Upstairs, a large luxurious bedroom with an American-style open bathroom has an enjoyable Jacuzzi. This bedroom accesses a south-facing balcony and a spacious sundeck with an awning and ample deck chairs. In the lower level of the villa, accessible from the garden, two very nice separate double bedrooms each have a bathroom. The bay windows of the two bedrooms open onto the south section of the garden and a view of the sea. This level also holds another television lounge. The laundry room is fully equipped. Adjacent to the swimming pool, the pool house has a delightful bedroom with a canopyr bed and bathroom. A covered carport is located in the garden to the side of the house. A guesthouse to the side of the front yard has a double bedroom and two extra beds. The house is small but was thoroughly renovated just last year and includes a bathroom and a small kitchenette. It faces the southern garden and a small terrace. In the lower part of the garden, a gate opens to the road and a small lane leading about a hundred meters to a nice sandy beach. Stores are only a 5-minute walk away.
