    Very pretty, expansive (over 400 m²), contemporary villa set in the middle of a luxurious park spanning more than two hectares. Inspired by 1970s architecture, the large, luxurious house and detached guesthouse is all about privacy. The view of the ocean is delightful; the swimming area plus pool house is perfectly located to the south, with a full bar set a few steps up on a large, partly-covered patio. The property comprises two main buildings: a 250-square-meter main house and a guesthouse with about 150 m². Each house has a private terrace with a view of the ocean and the extensive surrounding gardens. The villa was recently fully renovated and maintains high quality throughout. The rooms are filled with light, the garden is well kept the whole year round, and the tranquility is absolute.

    The uniqueness of the main house lies with the almost total openness of its common living spaces. The large living room with dining room (over 200 m²) opens onto a partly-covered patio and a bar overlooking the swimming pool and pool house, where the gym is located. Upstairs, a suite with private bathroom opens looks across the villa’s gardens to the east. The other two bedrooms in the main house are more simple, located in a wing with bathroom and accessible across the mezzanine. The guesthouse is detached and has a small kitchen and a bright living room with bay windows opening onto the terrace, with a view of the ocean and part of the garden. All three guesthouse bedrooms are very comfortable, two of them with private baths.
