Built in 1820, this comfortable property has been completely renovated and redesigned a few years ago with the construction of a 300 m² terrace. The entrance is from the main coastal road (outside parking) that takes you through 90 steps to the gate of the private villa. A reception service is available to accompany you and your luggage. The villa itself is decorated in fresh colors ranging from yellow and blue through to green with ceramic floor.
The ground floor offers a small room to take breakfast and a fully equipped kitchen with an 8 person dinning table. This floor also boasts a main lounge and a second reading/television room.
The villa provides 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a terrace, a cupola, a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub in its en-suite. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Several terraces are scattered about the property, each with its own atmosphere. One hosts a jacuzzi-pool of 5×3 m dug directly into the rock whilst another, larger terrace, is situated 100 steps from the main entrance and is extremely quiet with a view of the sea. This larger terrace is tiled and has a BBQ with garden furniture; therefore making it ideal for al fresco dining. In addition to above mentioned outdoor living space(s) is a romantic lounge room, fitted directly into the rocks and offers a spectacular view over the bay. Very pleasant during the day for its freshness. For those that are truly after the rustic Italian experience; this indoor/outdoor room can also accommodate an extra person but there is no electricity.
A separate apartment is reserved for staff. A guard is staying with the steward of the house. Staff are unobtrusive and offer local knowledge and assistance where required. -
