    This beautiful, completely renovated (2006) modern property is located at the entrance to Amalfi and 2 km from the village center. At over 300 m² it is spread over several levels and houses a jacuzzi, sauna and gym. In addition the property also boasts direct access to a small private beach. Simply put: the property is stunning.

    After entering the property via a designed garden space the home opens to a large living room with contemporary furniture in elegant black, white and red with large windows that open out to a view of the Mediterranean and the village of Amalfi.
    The residence is divided into several areas to create different atmospheres. The first space hosts a variety of scattered sofas and armchairs whilst another area promotes a TV organized around two red sofas. The third area consists of the professional kitchen and bar.
    The property has 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite (the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi). They are the same in comfort level in that each promotes modern design, air conditioning, provide TV/DVD player/ satellite and a dressing room.
    A huge terrace is fitted at the rear of the property. Several more terraces move downwards to approach the sea – one level after another and each with different themes. For example one is designed for relaxation and sunbathing whilst another holds the gym area under a pergola and sauna before finally reaching your own private beach. Along your journey you will find comfortably furnished chairs for sun baking.
    It is worth noting that for convenience a taxi-boat can take you from your beach to reach the port of Amalfi or one of the famous beach restaurants nearby.
