    This beautiful villa is situated in Praiano, a small, authentic village on an overhang 100 meters above the sea, ideally located between Positano and Amalfi at the center of the Amalfitaine coast. This property evokes luxury, complete with an indoor pool. The garden and its terraces were built to create harmony between the festive atmosphere of the coast and the sophistication of the magnificent location. The building was reconstructed from the ruins of a former villa; with taste and originality, it maintains the charm of the original building by balancing rough materials with a modern, sophisticated design.

    The villa has four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, air-conditioning, high, frescoed ceilings, and a view of the sea. Upon entry, a few steps lead up to the ground floor. The living room is very comfortable and is equipped with a sofa, plasma television screen, home theater, and BOSE hi-fi stereo system. This area opens onto a small interior yard with access to the patio. The large, modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils needed for cooking large dinners or mixing sophisticated cocktails. On this level, you’ll also find a bedroom with a sea view and a private bathroom with tub. This bedroom also has access to the main patio. A few steps take you up to the indoor pool area. This is a magnificent room with a glass ceiling, frescos, and a therapeutic hydro-massage shower and jacuzzi. On the upper level, there are three very nice double bedrooms, two with bathrooms en suite. A full size bathroom is only a few steps down the hall. The lovely patio outside is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas, ideal for eating breakfast and enjoying the amazing view. The rooftop terrace is furnished with a sofa and pillows, a perfect place for an afternoon nap in the sun. The villa is easily accessible from the coastal road, and has an easy access to the beach and the famous Club Africana. The village of Praiano is only a kilometer away.
