The property consists of two main buildings built on one level. The first building holds a large living area, with the big glass doors of the living and dining rooms opening up onto the terrace, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast or lunch table. The villa has three bedrooms: a large, luxurious master bedroom with bathroom en suite, a bedroom with two 90-cm beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed, the latter of which share a shower and double basin bathroom. The second building is simple yet modern, and is accessed through the garden. It has a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a bedroom with a twin bed. There are also two full-size bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small dining room. The amenities are modern and practical: air-conditioning, internet connection, hi-fi video, and satellite. There is private parking for two cars. The garden-like terrace is decorated with Mediterranean plants, palm trees, exotic flowers, and pines. The sun deck is very nice with an exterior living room and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and pizza oven. Relaxing is easy with the numerous resting spaces of this property.
