    This residence belongs to a Roman family who comes to Forte dei Marmi to appreciate its leisurely lifestyle: afternoons on the beach, the regional gastronomy, and the many activities the region of Toscana has to offer. The home is a 10-minute walk from the beaches, situated in an affluent residential area mainly consisting of secondary residences.

    The villa has all the amenities and comforts necessary to ensure a quality vacation: air conditioning, alarm system, appliances, professional fitness room, spa with sauna, and Turkish baths. The terraces are perfect for taking advantage of the outdoors and have lovely garden furniture. Each bedroom has a bathroom en suite. The modern kitchen is well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances. Outside, the splendid, gated Mediterranean garden is filled with lovely old parasol pines. The original swimming pool is a fundamental element of the villa, adjoined by two large, covered patios for eating dinner or for taking a rest after play. The property is conceived to make you feel as relaxed as at home, even out at the beach or in the town. Numerous personnel such as a cook, butler, housekeeper, or driver are available upon request.
