    This is a one-of-a-kind property. A scene of the James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, was filmed here and one easily understands why. This very special holiday residence is private and very nice live in. The estate is immense and wild, and the very foundation of the juts out directly into the water. The whole property overlooks the sea, offering an incomparable panoramic view of Elba Island. By way of a customized staircase access to the sea, you’ll find a large terrace, as well as multiple other spaces perfect for rest and relaxation. The nearby village is lovely, quaint, and quiet.

    Entirely rebuilt, the level of comfort is comparable to a four-star hotel. Big bay windows in the living room and dining room spaces open to a terrace between the two towers. The space is completely tailored, well protected from the wind, and the viewpoints are fantastic. The bedrooms are divided between two main buildings: two are located in the tower facing the sea, which has a panoramic rooftop patio. Two more delightful bedrooms are located in the main building. A small, custom pool on the deck allows you to soak in fresh water after a dip in the Mediterranean. From the dock, there is a breathtaking 180-degree view of the sea.
