The house is maintained all year round, and practical in every aspect. The amenities are superb; the décor is clean and light. The ground floor is made up of a foyer with a guest bathroom and dressing room, a living room, and a dining room. The latter two open onto a south-facing terrace and swimming pool. The separate kitchen comes entirely equipped with appliances and utilities. Three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are set out around the back of a stone patio. Two of the bedrooms open onto the terrace and the swimming pool. Upstairs, the 50-m² master suite has a dressing room and adjacent bathroom. This is an excellent holiday home. The small, nearby village of Benahavis is quaint, with many cafés and restaurants, only 5 km from the sea.
